The Felician University Athletic Communications Department is responsible for providing timely and accurate information to a variety of outlets, including the media, coaches, student-athletes and fans. Comprised of two full-time staff members, the department reports and publicizes on all 21 of Felician's Varsity Sports.

Interview Requests
All requests to interview Felician University student-athletes, coaches, or athletics administrators must be coordinated through the Office of Athletic Communications. This policy applies to accredited media members as well as individuals requesting interviews for educational or class projects. Athletic Communications will coordinate a mutually convenient time for all parties.
Interview requests should be submitted at least 48 hours in advance, with the exception of postgame interviews conducted following home contests.
Media Credentials
Members of the working media planning to cover a Felician Athletics home event must submit a Media Credential Request Form prior to attendance. Credential requests are reviewed by the Office of Athletic Communications and are subject to approval.
Please note the following:
- A separate credential request must be submitted for each event date.
- Approved credentials are valid only for the event(s) specified in the approval email and are non-transferable.
- Submission of a credential request does not guarantee approval.
- Media members are expected to comply with all NCAA, conference, and Felician Athletics media policies, as well as instructions from Athletic Communications staff.
- Unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon with Athletic Communications, photographing contests does not constitute an agreement for payment or compensation.
- Any content shared with Felician Athletics will be credited to its rightful owner through the athletics website and, when applicable, across Felician Athletics social media channels.
- Approved media will receive a confirmation email with event-specific credential and access information.
Media members are encouraged to submit credential requests at least 48 hours prior to the event. Requests for live television or radio broadcasts should be submitted at least three (3) business days in advance.
Logos and Digital Assets
All Felician University Athletics logos, marks, photographs, videos, and other digital assets are the property of Felician University and are intended for editorial or officially authorized use only. Any commercial or promotional use requires prior approval from the Office of Athletic Communications.
