The Felician University Compliance Office is responsible for maintaining full institutional control over all activities related to Felician Athletics, both directly and indirectly. This office ensures that the Athletics Department operates in full compliance with the rules and regulations established by the NCAA, the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference, and Felician University.
Our mission is to oversee all aspects of compliance, proactively preventing even minor infractions. In the event of a bylaw violation, the compliance office will work to identify, assess, and report the issue to the Conference office and the NCAA.
Felician University upholds a shared responsibility approach to athletics compliance. Members of the Athletics Department collaborate with staff across campus to ensure adherence to NCAA Division II rules and regulations.
