James Anthony Simpson... veteran Golden Falcon baseball player takes first turn at collegiate golf.

Prior to Felician: Played for coach David Weiner at Coral Gables High... was also two-time honorable-mention all-Dade in baseball.

Personal: Son of James and Susan Simpson... father James is a longtime high school baseball and football coach (Coral Gables, Miami Country Day)... is in his fourth season of baseball at Felician and was the Second-Team All-CACC utility player in 2011... plans to return to the FC golf team in 2012-13... business administration major... born 9/21/89 in Miami, Fla.
