Andy Crane brings an accomplished background as both a professional golfer and PGA Professional to his role as Head Coach of the Felician University's Men’s Golf Team.
Turning professional at the age of 19, Crane made 47 professional starts across the Michelob Ultra Tour, NGA Hooters Tour, and Nike Tour. He earned three professional victories, highlighted by winning the 2006 Clarke Industries Championship at Quaker Mill Country Club near Baltimore, Maryland.
Elected to Class A PGA of America status in November 2015, Crane served as the Head PGA Professional for the United States Army at West Point Golf Course from 2008–2019. He is a two-time PGA Ely Callaway Award winner for Educational Achievement (2016, 2020) and the recipient of the 2017 PGA Patriot Award. In 2016, he became the first—and remains the only—PGA Professional in association history to achieve Certified Professional status in all four disciplines within a single year. In 2017, he was selected to compete on the Met PGA Squire Cup Team. He currently serves as the Director of Instruction at Turtle Creek Golf Course in Wallkill, New York.
Appointed Head Coach of the Mount Saint Mary College Men’s Golf Team in July 2019, Crane is the winningest coach in program history with 28 team victories. Under his leadership, the Knights set a Skyline Conference record with eight wins in a single season (2019) and have finished as Conference Championship runner-up four times (2021, 2023, 2024, 2025). His tenure has produced 10 All-Skyline Conference selections and 54 All-Skyline Conference Academic honorees.
Crane earned his bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sport Management with a specialization in High Performance Sport Coaching from the University of Florida. He resides in Wallkill, New York, with his four children—Elsa, Thomas, Layla, and Charlotte.
