Joe Morales

Joe Morales joined the Felician Athletics staff in August 2026 as a graduate assistant for athletic communications. In this role, Morales assists with the department's communications, social media, and game-day operations. 

Prior to Felician, Morales served as a Communications Assistant at Seton Hall University, where he assisted with media relations, website management, media days, and other communications initiatives for the department's 14 varsity sports programs.

Morales also served as the Director of Broadcasting for the Pirate Sports Network from 2024 to 2026, where he worked in production and served as an on-air talent for Seton Hall home games on ESPN+ and FloSports. Morales conducted interviews with student-athletes and Seton Hall Athletics Hall of Famers for the department's social media platforms.

Additionally, Morales was a member of the award-winning student radio station 89.5 FM WSOU, which was named College Radio Station of the Year at the 2023 Marconi Awards. Morales served as the Sports Director in 2024, where he oversaw a department of 75 staff members, created broadcast schedules, arranged travel, and oversaw the station's social media platforms while providing play-by-play for Seton Hall home and away basketball games.

In 2026, Morales served as a locker room steward for the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament East Regional Finals in Philadelphia, timing media sessions and managing postgame cool-off periods. 

Morales also worked with the BIG EAST Conference as a member the production crew for the conference's 2025 media day coverage and served as a Digital Media and Social Content Volunteer at the 2026 BIG EAST Men’s Basketball Tournament. 

A native of Manalapan N.J., Morales is a 2026 graduate of Seton Hall University, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Sports Media and a minor in Public Relations.
