Justin Russo was an avid basketball and baseball player for the Clifton Mustangs throughout high school. He was also part of the strength & conditioning club for all 4 years. He received his associate’s degree in sports management with a concentration in business administration from Bergen Community College. Later on, he transferred to Montclair State University to receive a bachelor's degree in exercise science with a concentration in sports conditioning. He was part of the exercise club for 2 years and later interned at Rockland Peak Performance. Justin has worked with a variety of professional baseball athletes from different organizations, ranging from the New York Yankees, Toronto Blue Jays, Cincinnati Reds, and various minor league and independent league players. Justin began working at Felician University in October 2023 as the assistant strength and conditioning coach. In 2024, he was appointed as the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach and responsible for implementing training programs for all 19 collegiate teams. During his time at Felician University, he helped achieve 3 championship rings and is excited to help win many more.
