RUTHERFORD, N.J. – Junior Jenna Matesic (Paramus, NJ/Paramus) delivered a season-high 12 kills, but the Felician College women's volleyball team dropped three tight sets in a 3-0 (27-25, 25-21, 25-21) Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference loss to visiting Post University on Tuesday night at Job Gymnasium.

Megan Delamater (Paramus, NJ/Paramus), who was playing her 100
th career match for Felician, accumulated 25 assists and eight digs. Freshman
Anni Polscher (Elmshorn, Germany/KGSE) posted nine kills and 11 digs, and Matesic added seven kills, three aces and two blocks for the hosts.
The first set featured nine ties and six lead changes. Trailing 24-21, Felician (0-17, 0-10) saved three match points and took a 25-24 lead. But the Eagles won the next three points and took the set. Post received a block and a kill from Elizabeth Knight (Queens Village, NY/Bishop Laughlin) to finish off Set 2, then got out to a 15-9 Set 3 lead en route to clinching the match.
Sophomore Belinda Snider (Norwalk, CT/Law) hit .500 with 14 kills and three blocks to lead Post (6-12, 5-4).
Delamater became the fifth player in Felician history to play in 100 matches.
