Box Score LYNDHURST, N.J. – Junior Amanda Nowak (Lyndhurst, N.J./Lyndhurst) scored three goals and sophomore Liana Chirichiello (Waldwick, N.J./Waldwick) picked up a goal and an assist as Felician University defeated visiting Bloomfield College, 6-0, in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's soccer action on Wednesday night at the Lyndhurst Recreation Complex.
Both Chirichiello and fellow sophomore Sami Lederle (Brick, N.J./Brick Memorial) scored the first goal of their careers fot Felician (2-6, 1-4 CACC).
The Golden Falcons moved ahead quickly, with Chirichiello poking home a long throw-in by senior Carly Brantner (Shrewsbury, N.J./Eastern Christian) two minutes, six seconds into the contest. Fewer than two minutes later, the hosts struck again. Danielle Stoll (Wanaque, N.J./Lakeland Regional) sent a cross parallel to the goal line from the left side that found Nowak open in front of the goal at the 4:05 mark.
Felician senior Azra Buljko (Hackettstown, N.J./Hackettstown) buried a free kick in the 18th minute. Lederle scored on a high-arching 30-yarder with 30:10 gone by to give the Golden Falcons a 4-0 halftime edge
Nowak completed the hat trick with markers in the 58th and 88th minutes.
Felician senior goalkeeper Bjonda Ademi (Wayne, N.J./Wayne Hills) needed to make one save to earn her first shutout of the season and the fourth of her career. The Golden Falcons amassed a 22-2 edge in shots for the night.
