Box Score WATERBURY, CONN. –  Felician University women's volleyball falls to Post University 3-0 (10-25, 17-25, 15-25) in a Tuesday night Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference match-up at the Drubner Center. 
In the first set, the Golden Falcons struggled to find its groove as the Eagles went on 2 major rallys to put away the first set, 10-25. Moving into set two, Felician held a 4-2 lead on a service ace, attack error, and a Sara Betts (Goodyear, A.Z) kill. However, Post regained the lead after a 5 point turnaround, but Cailey Jones (Bel Air, M.D) was able to record 2 consecutive kills to help the Golden Falcons to chip away at the lead, 7-9. Later into the set, Post pulled out a second set win, 17-25, after a host team kill. 
Post University (7-9, 5-10 CACC) junior Datari Mathis led the way for her team totalling 11 kills and two digs. Teammate Lydimar Soto aided Mathis, with 10 kills and five digs. Felician University (2-24, 2-14 CACC) freshman Jones and teammate Catherine Lentsch (Elkhorn, Neb.) recorded six kills each to lead the Golden Falcons. 
Service aces were crucial in today's game, as the Eagles totaled 11 compared to the Golden Falcons two on the night. Post freshman Alyssa Groves led her team in that category recording five service aces on the night, and Felician's Jones and senior teammate Hannah Chiswick (Pittstown, N.J.) each recorded one. 
Felician setter Miquela Martinez (Santa Fe, N.M.) had all 16 assists and recorded 10 digs on the night. Libero Natalie Kashian (Secaucus, N.J.) also posted 10 digs. Post setter Maria Fernando Branco had 22 assists, two service aces and 10 digs. Groves had five assists and 15 digs, and junior teammate Izabella Rae totaled 12 assists, two service aces and two digs.   
Felician women's volleyball stays in Rutherford at Job Gymnasium on Saturday to face non-conference opponent Lincoln University (Pa.) at 1p.m.
