Rutherford NJ - Felician University Women's Volleyball traveled over to Bloomsburg this evening. In what would be a great competition throughout this match, Bloomsburg would win in 3 sets (27-25, 25-20, 25-23) but without a fight by the Golden Falcons. Here's how the team looked during the contest. 

Leading the offensive charge was Megan Barker, who tallied 10 kills and added 10 digs, making her a dual threat throughout the match. She was supported by Karla Maldonado, who contributed 8 kills, a service ace, and 3 block assists, showcasing her versatility. Kiah Jackson and Ashanna Caviness rounded out the offensive front with 6 and 5 kills, respectively, bringing consistency to Felician's attack.

On defense, Aly Reeser was a standout, leading the team with an impressive 22 digs and anchoring the back row. Megan Barker added to her offensive contributions with 10 digs of her own, while Maldonado pitched in with 3 digs and 3 block assists, proving effective in both defensive and offensive plays.

The setters played a crucial role in facilitating Felician's offense. Sophia Watterson led with 16 assists, contributing 2 service aces and 7 digs, making her presence known in multiple facets of the game. Kaya McLean added 12 assists and a dig, providing valuable support to ensure smooth offensive transitions. 

The Golden Falcons get a few days off, but go back on the road this upcoming Wednesday when they go up to Post on October 30th with a 6:00 PM start time.
