Men’s Basketball With A Dominant Victory Over Bloomsburg, 81-55

Rutherford NJ - Felician University Men's Basketball right before Thanksgiving headed over to Bloomsburg, PA to go up against Bloomsburg University. The Golden Falcons held strong within the first half, but pushed away with an impressive second half that lead to the blowout victory this evening. Here's what happened during this game.

As things started off slow, Jabri Fitzpatrick and Marcus Pierce gave the Golden Falcons their first 10 points within this contest, as this would continue throughout the game.

Fitzpatrick was also being a problem defensively, as he would record 2 steals within the first 6 minutes, both of those resulting in points for the Golden Falcons.

Jonathan Izemef began locking up down below, totalling a total of 7 rebounds in the first half with 4 coming defensively and 3 offensively, which helped control the ball possession and resulting in Fitzpatrick having 11 points and Pierce having 9 points going into the second half with the score being 36-32 Felician.

Starting things off the Second Half, the Golden Falcons pushed to a 14 point lead in the first 6 minutes. Leading the charge would be Izmef who had 7 of the 11 points scored within this time period.

Jhonny Tovar would begin being a problem all over the court, as he would have 3 steals and 3 rebounds within 8 minutes of the second half, helping push the Golden Falcons lead even further.

The Golden Falcons pushed ahead with their lead, leading to a final score of 81-55, holding Bloomsburg to a 25 shooting percentage and the Golden Falcons scoring 26 points off of turnovers.
