HOCKESSIN, DE - Felician Baseball (22-19 / 11-6 CACC) hit the road to Delaware to play regionally ranked (2nd) Goldey-Beacom College in a Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference 7/7 doubleheader. 
What was meant to be a 7/7 game, turned into a 12 inning loss in game one and a shut out victory for the Golden Falcons in the 7 inning game two.
GAME ONE: 4-5 12 INN. LOSS
Here's What Happened:
	- Through four innings, Felician was forced into a four run deficit as the Lighting rallied four runs and held the Golden Falcons to nil. After Jack Scrivanic (Tinton Falls, N.J.) was hit by a pitch, the Golden Falcons tallied their first run of the game and ignited a come back. 
 
	- In the same inning at the first run, Jose David Medrano (North Bergen, N.J.) posted a sacrifice at bat to slash the host advantage to two, 2-4.
 
	- A crucial Lighting error allowed the green-and-gold to tie the game in the top half of - what was supposed to be - the final inning to force the five extra innings for game one. 
 
	- After a few scoreless frames, the hosts came out on top with a single to hand Felician the loss, 4-5. 
 
Box Score Insights:
	- Ricky Voss (Eatontown, N.J.) went 2-5 with a walk while Haiden Walters (Coral Springs, F.L.) went 1-3. 
 
	- Scrivanic and Medrano tallied the pair of RBI for the squad in the loss. 
 
	- Jordan Savinon (Staten Island, N.Y.) started on the mound to pitch 3.1 innings and had one strike out while Nick DeCarlo (Jackson, N.J.) relieved the starter for 2.2 innings and two strike outs. 
 
	- Gavin Enright (Oakland, N.J.) and Dylan Morrill (Teaneck, N.J.) each struck out three Lighting batters and Morrill recorded the loss on the 12th inning single. 
 
GAME TWO: 8-0 WIN (7 INN)
Here's What Happened:
	- Felician posted two major innings that led to the 8-0 shut out win to split the CACC series with the Lightning. In the second, Dillon DiBartolomeo (Franklin Lakes, N.J.), Julian Uejima (River Edge, N.J.), and Thomas Kendrick (Jackson, N.J.) recorded RBI at bats for the 3-0 lead over the hosts. 
 
	- The Golden Falcons didn't record another run until the top half of the seventh when Voss kick started the frame with a two-run homer - his 7th of the season, 5-0. With bases loaded, Medrano and Kendrick each recorded RBI after being hit by a pitch for two more runs, 7-0, and Mattingly Goldstein (Babylon, N.Y.) was the final run of the day on a wild pitch, 8-0. 
 
Box Score Insights:
	- Voss finished game two going 2-3 at the plate with two RBI and a walk while Uejima went 2-4 with a RBI. Kendrick sat tied with Voss after also recording two RBI going 1-4 and Dauri Genao (West New York, N.J.) went 3-4. 
 
	- Logan Waltz (Hazlet, N.J.) recorded the shut out win with four strike outs in 4.1 innings pitched while Mike Caldon (Matawan, N.J.) wrapped up the day in 2.2 innings and four strike outs.
