Men’s Soccer Continues Their Winning Streak By Beating Queen’s 3-0

Felician's Men's Soccer hosted their first match at home as they went up against Queen's University. In what would be a great day for soccer, Felician would keep their win streak alive while going into this match and that's what would entail. Here's the breakdown of what would happen in this contest.

Going into the first half, the Golden Falcons aimed to bring some offensive power while continuing their strong defense and that's exactly what happened. #4 Alvaro Martin Castro started things off with a few strong defensive stops that helped keep Queens off of the scoreboard. At the 16 minute mark, #14 Ayato Kaneto comes in scoring Felician's first goal, being assisted by #66 Tim Jeager making the score 1-0. This would be the last time though, as one minute and 30 seconds later another goal for the Golden Falcons by #16 Lorenzo Ferrari with another assist by Tim Jeager to bring the score to 2-0. With a strong first half, the Golden Falcons aim to keep this lead in the second half and they did just that as within the first 3 minutes of the second half, Tim Jeager keeps up his dominant performance with his first goal in this contest with an assist coming from #3 Manuel Ortero to bring the score to 3-0. The Golden Falcons kept their defensive presence as well, with Goalkeeper #1 Emanuele Moretti not allowing any goals in this contest. The Golden Falcons would win this contest 3-0 bringing their record to 3-0-0.
