Rutherford, N.J. - The women's soccer team played to a 2-2 draw against the University of Bridgeport Wednesday afternoon.
The Golden Falcons had an impressive first 45 minutes with a two-goal lead going into halftime.
Anne Noonan opened the scoring in the 20th minute off a perfectly-timed ball from
Kailey Rappel. Seven minutes later,
Kalina Stanisic notched another from a loose ball corner at the far post. Rappel earned the assist.
The Purple Knights opened the second half with a 57th minute goal from Chloe Oudin. Lily Rodriguez coverted a penalty kick to tie the game in the 69th minute.
Felician's goalkeeper,
Isabella Riollano, and the defense held Bridgeport to six shots on frame. Riollano made four saves.
