Caldwell, N.J. - The women's soccer team battled to a hard-fought 1-1 draw at Caldwell Tuesday afternoon. The result secured the Golden Falcons a spot in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference postseason for the first time in eight years.

After conceding a goal late in the first half, Felician responded with determination to find the equalizer in the 66th minute. Kate Braun delivered the tying goal to level the match at 1-1. 

Goalkeeper Isabella Riollano turned in an outstanding performance, recording 10 saves to keep Felician in contention. Despite being out shot 21-7, the Golden Falcons remained composed defensively and capitalized on key opportunities, including earning six corner kicks.

With the draw, Felician closes the regular season at 4-6-7 overall and 2-3-6 in CACC play. The team holds the eighth seed and will look to play top-ranked Jefferson this weekend.
