Amherst, NY – No. 21 Felician continued its historic run with a 75–53 victory over Adelphi in the NCAA Division II East Regional Quarterfinals. With the win, the Golden Falcons improve to 26–3 overall and secure the first NCAA Regional round victory in program history, as the victories continue to pile up during an immaculate season.
Felician set the tone early with aggressive defense and a fast-paced offensive approach, controlling the tempo from the opening minutes. The Golden Falcons jumped out to an early lead and dictated play throughout the first half, carrying a 34–31 advantage into halftime.
Out of the break, Felician elevated its intensity and created separation behind efficient offense and strong interior play. The Golden Falcons poured in 41 second-half points while shooting 48.5 percent from the field after halftime. Felician dominated inside, finishing with 44 points in the paint while also converting defensive pressure into offense with 23 points off turnovers and 17 fast-break points.
Felician controlled the game for nearly the entire afternoon, leading for over 37 minutes and building its largest advantage to 24 points late in the second half before closing out the regional victory.
Jeremiah Anderson led the Golden Falcons with 30 points while adding four assists, four rebounds, three steals, and three blocks. Moussa Camara controlled the glass with 15 rebounds to go along with nine points, while Tavian Pullock added 14 points and five rebounds. Noah Hutchins contributed eight points and three steals, and Jared White added five points.
