Caldwell, NJ – Felician earned a hard-fought 65–61 victory over Caldwell in the CACC Tournament Semifinals, advancing to the conference championship game. This marks the first time in program history that the Golden Falcons Women's Basketball program will be competing in the CACC Championship game
The semifinal matchup was tightly contested from the start, with both teams trading momentum throughout the night. Felician trailed after the opening quarter and went into halftime down 33–28, as the game featured multiple lead changes and physical defensive play on both sides.
Coming out of the break, the Golden Falcons began to chip away at the deficit. Felician outscored Caldwell 17–15 in the third quarter to close the gap and set up a decisive final period. The fourth quarter proved to be the difference, as Felician scored 20 points in the final 10 minutes while tightening up defensively to hold Caldwell to just 13.
The closing stretch featured several key possessions and lead changes as the game remained within one possession late. Felician executed in the final minute, converting key opportunities inside and securing defensive stops to complete the comeback victory.
Felician finished the game shooting 41 percent from the field and controlled the paint with 36 points inside, while also generating 17 points off turnovers and receiving 16 points from the bench.
With the win, Felician advances to the CACC Championship game.
