Candia, N.H. - The Felician men's golf team opened the spring season at the Hawk Invitational, hosted by Saint Anselm, with a fourth place team finish. The team shot 33-over par, 601, at Candia Woods Golf Links. 

Pablo Hidalgo posted a three-over par, 145 to claim third place on the 6,550-yard course. Hidalgo opened strong in the first round at 71. The junior later saw a 3-over par, 74 to end his round. Hidalgo made birdies on the par-four 18th hole in both rounds.

Felician saw Alvaro Rogado Tobio tied for 15th at 10-over par, 152. Carlos Ferreira also tied for 15th at 10-over par, 152. Diego Herrera rounded out the Golden Falcons, posting an 18-over par, 160.

The team will now look to compete at the Penmen Season Opener, hosted by Southern New Hampshire.
