André Narvaéz joined the Felician baseball coaching staff in August 2021. He is primarily responsible for player development of the infielders.

The spring 2022 campaign represents Narvaez's 10th season coaching college baseball. He was an assistant coach at Caldwell University for four years after spending five seasons as the first-base coach/pitching coach at New Jersey Institute Technology, where he also assisted with the outfielders. Additionally, Narvaez coaches the New Jersey Moose, a travel team based out of the Fred Hill Baseball Academy.

Narvaez, who was on the NJIT staff during its reclassification from NCAA Division II to Division I, helped guide the 2006 Highlanders to the ECAC D-II championship and a school-record 27 wins. It was their third consecutive season winning at least 20 games and gaining an ECAC postseason berth.

Narvaez recently served as the Director of Baseball and head coach for the 17U In the Zone Knights Travel teams, located in Flanders, N.J. In his last year at ITZ, Narvaez led the 17U team to two tournament championships. He has coached nine players who have gone on to play professionally.

A four-year pitcher for NJIT, Narvaez led the Highlanders in appearances and innings pitched for two seasons, highlighted by a two-hit shutout of Post University in 2001. He completed a bachelor's degree in 2004.
