2010: Played at Winthrop University... appeared in nine games, starting two, with an 0-2 record.... in 13 1/3 innings, gave up 23 hits and 19 earned runs with two strikeouts and eight walks.... the Eagles went 27-30... spent the summer with the Chatham Anglers of the prestigious Cape Cod Baseball League.
2009: Played at Winthrop University... was in the starting rotation as a true freshman... in 16 games (12 starts) went 3-5 with a 4.34 ERA... struck out 34 and walked 16 in 66 1/3 innings.... helped the Eagles to a 35-25 record, including 18-9 in Big South Conference action.
