Alpian Family Summer 2021 Aris Alpian was named the interim head coach of the Felician University women's soccer team in October 2019, and promoted to the permanent head coaching role in May 2020. He is the fourth coach in program history. Alpian came to Felician in August 2015 as an assistant with the men's program specalizing in goalkeeper development and junior-college recruitment, and assumed a similar role with the women's team in August 2019.

Alpian serves as the director of coaching for Happy Feet of New Jersey, a youth soccer development program focusing on improving children's technical abilities. He is also the head goalkeeping coach at the Morris Elite Soccer Club, based in Madison. He possesses an Advanced National Diploma and Level II Goalkeeping Diploma from United Soccer Coaches and a USSF 'C' Coaching License.

Alpian was formerly the director of NPSL operations and the director of youth goalkeeping for the Brooklyn Italians Soccer Club. He also served on the NPSL Technical Committee for the 2015 combine.

Alpian was a four-year member of the men's soccer team at Division-I Hofstra University. He later played for and worked in the front office of the New York Freedoms of the USL. He earned a BBA in marketing from Hofstra in 1999 and a graduate certificate in athletics administration from Southern New Hampshire University in 2020. He is pursuing an M.S. in sports management from SNHU.

A native of Queens, N.Y., Alpian resides in Nutley with his wife, Anita, and their sons, Matteo and Manuele.
