Felician University

Kayode Tyler joined the Felician men's soccer coaching staff in August 2021. He is working under Brandon Levine for the second time, having been a member of Levine's SUNY Purchase staff in 2018.

Tyler leads player development for the Manchester City Soccer Academy, based in Carlstadt. The academy made its U.S. debut in 2021. He previously spent three years as a trainer with the New York Red Bulls Academy, including coaching five teams in the Westchester Youth Soccer League.

After a standout career at Nyack (N.Y.) High School, Tyler participated in all three NCAA Divisions as a defender. He first attended Division II Newberry College for the 2014 and 2015 seasons, before playing through an injury-plagued 2016 campaign at Divison-I Indiana-Purdue-Indianapolis (IUPUI). He transferred to Purchase and registered six goals and one assist out of the back line in helping the Panthers to the 2017 Skyline Conference playoffs.

Tyler received a bachelor's degree in liberal studies from Purchase in 2018. He then played one professional season with the SGFC Eagles of the American Soccer League. He resides in New York City.
