Delgado comes to Felician University from Bloomfield College of Montclair State University for the 2023-24 academic year.
The former Bears head coach began his career as an assistant coach in 2004-2008 and eventually became the head coach of the squad for the last five years. During his time, he made three consecutive appearances in the Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference Tournament and made a memorable run in 2021 when his squad knocked off the #2 and 3 seed to advance to the championship. Aside from head coaching experience, he has been the owner and operator of Prodigy Training Sports Facility since 2011 where he traveled across the nation as an expert in hitting instruction and has been a guest speaker at various softball camps and clinics.
