Taylor Parker entered her first coaching position when she joined the staff of her alma mater in the fall of 2019.
Parker was a four-year starter for Felician from 2012-15, cracking the lineup at designated player as a freshman before patrolling third base for her final three seasons. As a sophomore, she hit .444, then a school record, and was elected to the All-CACC Second Team and the Capital One Academic All-District Team.
A career .364 hitter, Parker graduated as the Golden Falcons' all-time hits leader with 180. She still shares school marks of 16 doubles in a season and five hits in a game. A three-time CACC All-Academic selection and three-time Arthur Ashe Sport Scholar Award winner from Diverse Issues in Higher Education, Parker was chosen as Felician's 2015 Senior Female Student-Athlete of the Year.
In total, Parker participated in four varsity intercollegiate sports at Felician. She ran in four races for the 2011 cross-country team, and, as a graduate student in 2016, helped the Golden Falcons launch their women's track & field and women's lacrosse programs.
Parker possesses bachelor's (2015) and master's (2017) of science degrees in business administration from Felician. She has been employed full-time by the University since earning her MBA, currently serving as associate director of first-year admissions. A native of Surrey, British Columbia, she lives in East Rutherford.
