Nicole Frances Degenhardt... "Smiley"... second-year captain and fourth-year starter at setter.
2009: Was eighth in CACC with 6.95 assists per set... led team with .152 attack percentage... also averaged 0.91 kills and 1.80 digs... started all 31 matches.
2008: Did not play due to a shoulder injury.
2007: Second-team all-CACC... all-CACC Tournament... became school's all-time assist leader... broke own single-season school record with 793 assists... average of 8.09 aps was seventh in CACC... three double-doubles... school-record 55 assists at Wilmington 11/3... recorded 1,000th career assist at Nyack 11/1... also averaged 0.84 kills, 0.21 aces, and 1.91 digs.
2006: Set school single-season record with 303 assists... 9th in CACC in assist average (5.61)... also led team with 17 service aces... then-school record 37 assists at Caldwell 10/4...
Prior to Felician: 1st-Team Group 1 All-State as a senior for coach Sheila Ulrich at Secaucus... 2006 Hudson Reporter Female Athlete of the Year... also all-BCSL in basketball and softball and won a league championship in all three sports.
Personal: Daughter of Herbert and Linda Degenhardt... majoring in mathematics education (K-12) with 3.4 GPA... also four-year starter in softball at Felician and was all-CACC in 2010... born 5/11/88 in North Bergen, N.J. |
