BLOOMFIELD, N.J. – Felician College was outscored, 9-0, in the final two minutes, 58 seconds, of its 88-78 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference men's basketball loss to host Bloomfield College on Tuesday night at BC Gymnasium. Senior guard Anthony D. Green (Jersey City, N.J.) scored 22 points for Felician.

Bloomfield (5-3, 3-0 CACC) led by as many as 12 points in the second half, and was still up, 79-71, with 3:54 to play in regulation. Felician junior Tajric Boggs (Coram, N.Y.) then canned a jumper to cap a 7-0 run for the visitors and cut the Deacons' edge to 79-78 at the 2:58 mark.

However, for the rest of the night, the Golden Falcon went 0-for-5 from the floor, 0-for-2 at the foul line, and committed two turnovers. Bloomfield junior Terry Hicks (Neptune, N.J.) made a three-pointer for a six-point lead with 1:35 to play, and teammate Dondre Whitmore (Trenton, N.J.) went 4 for 4 at the foul line down the stretch for the final margin.

Bloomfield put five scorers in double figures. Sophomore Matt Hall (Brooklyn, N.Y.) came off the bench to score 22 points in 22 minutes. Sophomore Marvin Williams (Jersey City, N.J.) had 19 points, and junior Kevin Udo (West Orange, N.J.) finished with 13 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks.

Boggs scored a season-high 17 points with four assists for the Golden Falcons (3-4, 1-2). Senior forward Anthony J. Green (Jersey City, N.J.) registered eight points, seven rebounds, and four assists.

The first half featured 15 lead changes before Bloomfield emerged with a 42-38 halftime advantage. The Deacons never trailed after intermission. Bloomfield outscored Felician, 24-12, at the foul line.
