WATERBURY, CT – Felician Men's Basketball finished its 2022-2023 season at Post University in Waterbury, CT Saturday Afternoon. The Golden Falcons had four players score in double-figures with Sean McCarthy (Cork, Ireland) leading the way with 16-points and eight rebounds.

Etnik Peci (Pristina, Kosovo) had 15-points and three assists and Jonathan Edwards (Waterbury, CT) and Ebuka Nnagbo (Niagara Falls, NY) recorded 10 points apiece. Anas Amos (Newark, NJ) clinched 6 assists.

Post came out strong as they started off the first half with an 29-7 advantage just a few minutes after tip-off. McCarthy secured a layup to put the Golden Falcons at 20, but sat in a 27-point deficit. When halftime rolled around, Felician was in a rut as the Eagles led 67-28.

Felician trailed the rest of the contest but continued to put up an offensive fight. In the second half of play, the green-and-gold shot 41% from the field to only be outscored by Post 45-42.  Deiker Padrino (Bogota, NJ) scored back-to-back points for the Golden Falcons and McCarthy closed out the afternoon with a lay in during the loss.

Men's Basketball finished the season with a 6-21 overall and 2-16 CACC record.
