Rutherford, NJ – The Felician Women's Wrestling team competed in a meet at Muhlenberg College in Allentown, Pennsylvania this weekend, an event that provided the Golden Falcons with a great opportunity to wrestle multiple matches.
While this wasn't a tournament with placing, it was set up as a round robin style format, proving each wrestler with three matchups each. Four Golden Falcons competed, as Theresea Zeppetelli led the way with a perfect 3-0 record.
Here are the round robin records for each of the Felician women's wrestlers who competed in the event:
Theresa Zeppetelli: 3-0
Karley Perrini: 2-1
Crisia Bonilla: 2-0
Valerie Iglesias: 1-2
In total, the Golden Falcons finished with an impressive 8-2 record, as each wrestler won at least one match.
The Felician Women's Wrestling team will be back in action on December 15 as they close out the calendar year in Westminster, Maryland with an event at McDaniel College.
