SPARKS, M.D. – Felician women's lacrosse sparked their 2024 campaign with a season opener with Davis and Elkins at USA Lacrosse in Sparks, M.D., Sunday afternoon.

In the event, the Senators dominated the field for the entire contest when they handed the green-and-gold the 8-20 loss.

Here's What Happened:

• As the Senators posted an immediate two goal lead, Mary Gazaleh (East Windsdor, N.J.) caged her first goal of the season to trail their opposers by one, 1-2. By the end of the first, the Golden Falcons would fall behind, 2-5, and ultimately go on a dry spell as Davis and Elkins posted five, 2-10.
• Aly Amadruto (Tinton Falls, N.J.) posted her first collegiate career goal for the green-and-gold's third of the day while Julia Ravazza (Tuolumne, C.A.) and Kenzie Fox (Surrey, British Columbia) caged a goal each to enter half trailing 5-15.
• The final Golden Falcon goals of the day were from Amana Panacccione (Old Bridge, N.J.), and Ravazza (2) and the squad ultimately dropped 8-20 for the day.
