Rutherford NJ - Felician University Women's Soccer hosted this Tuesday afternoon going up against Saint Michael's College. This battle would bring the best out of the Golden Falcons, as would start off with a few goals, Felician didn't hold back as they scored one of their own and stayed competitive during this entire match up. Felician still aims to achieve their first win, but a few changes in the starting lineup helped keep them within this contest. Here's a breakdown of what happened.
The Golden Falcons started off with their defense bringing the pressure. #18
Kate Braun made constant stops to help keep the opposing team away from the goal. This wouldn't hold however, as Saint Michaels would end up scoring 2 goals before the 18th minute. This wouldn't keep the Golden Falcons down as right at the 32nd minute, #24

Ariana Monge, and #22 Emily Eskridge. This wouldn't be all the Golden Falcons would do as they had multiple chances to score their second goal of the game, with shots coming from #23
Felicity Urias, however there wouldn't be another goal to be scored by Felician either in the second half. This brings the final score 2-1 Saint Michaels.

The Felician Women's Soccer team goes back on the road this Saturday as they go up against Georgian Court at 12:00 PM in their first conference match up this season. As the Golden Falcons made some strong changes within this contest, they still aim to achieve their first victory on this season.
