Rutherford, NJ – The Golden Falcons earned a hard-fought victory on Saturday afternoon, defeating Wilmington (Del.) three sets to one for the first time in program history.

Felician delivered one of its most balanced performances of the season, finishing with fifty kills, nine service aces, and five total blocks while limiting Wilmington to a .134 hitting percentage. The Golden Falcons recorded fifty-nine digs and controlled long rallies to seal their third conference win. After claiming the opening two sets, Felician stumbled in the third but regrouped behind consistent serving and strong blocking to close out the match in four.
Sandra Galas led the way with thirteen kills, four service aces, nine digs, and seventeen points. Rowan Jensen followed with eleven kills, eleven digs, and two blocks, while Ashanna Caviness added eight kills, a service ace, and nine points. Faith Sibert provided a spark at the net with five kills and four blocks, and Kiah Jackson chipped in six kills and two block assists. Elisia Hamilton tallied six kills and a block, and Yolelin Canales served two aces off the bench. Setters Sophia Watterson and Caydence Franz combined for thirty-nine assists, with Watterson dishing out eighteen and Franz adding twenty-one. Watterson also recorded ten digs and a service ace. Kayden Mallette anchored the defense with eighteen digs and a team-best four receptions, while Sara Betts contributed a kill late in the fourth set to help Felician pull away.
