Men's Basketball Battles Back For Their Sixth Straight Conference Win Over Dominican

Orangeburg, NY - Felician delivered a strong all-around performance on Monday night, pulling away in the second half for an 85–76 road victory. The Golden Falcons played at an up-tempo pace throughout the contest, responding to an early deficit with sustained energy on both ends of the floor. After trailing by seven at the break, Felician elevated its intensity after halftime, scoring 50 second-half points and controlling the flow of the game down the stretch.

Felician finished the night shooting 44.3 percent from the field and an efficient 90.5 percent from the free throw line, capitalizing on opportunities in key moments. The Golden Falcons owned the glass with a 46–31 rebounding advantage and turned that effort into 26 second-chance points. Inside scoring was a major factor as Felician tallied 42 points in the paint, consistently attacking the interior and creating high-percentage looks.

The game featured plenty of back-and-forth action, with eight ties and seven lead changes highlighting the competitive nature of the matchup. Felician's defensive pressure helped generate 16 points off turnovers, while the bench provided a valuable spark with 24 points to maintain momentum during rotation stretches. Despite no fast break scoring on either side, Felician's half-court execution and rebounding presence proved decisive.

A dominant second half allowed the Golden Falcons to gradually take control, closing the final minutes with poise and physicality to secure the win and continue their strong conference play.
