Rutherford, N.J. - Felician closed out its home schedule on Saturday, battling through adversity in a 15-4 loss while honoring their seniors.
Post built an early lead, but Felician broke through in the second quarter when
Connor Langdon found the back of the net. The team showed their fight late, as
Stanley Labady II opened the fourth-quarter scoring before
Zach Garlinger and
Ethan Todner added back-to-back goals in the final three minutes. Todner also recorded an assist, while
Ian Fleurant added a helper and two caused turnovers.
In goal,
Landon Santangelo made nine saves over three quarters.
Ruairi O'Connor stopped three shots in relief.
Mark Gilles led the Falcons with five ground balls and won five faceoffs.
The team will head to Dominican for the season finale, scheduled for Wednesday at 4:00 PM.
