Staten Island, N.Y. - Felician scored twice in a span of 50 seconds Wednesday afternoon, answering a Staten Island equalizer to secure a 2-1 win.
The Golden Falcons opened the scoring in the 41st minute when Makenna Leszczynski found the back of the net off an assist from
Andrea Melchor. Staten Island responded in the 62nd minute, but Felician responded just 50 seconds later from
Grace DiQuattro to restore the lead.
Felician controlled much of the match offensively, finishing with an 18-7 advantage in shots. The Golden Falcons also held a 3-2 edge in corner kicks.
