The Purple Knights picked up insurance goals in the 62nd and 86th minutes. Vlasich finished with a goal and an assist.

SMC earned a 15-12 shots advantage, including 8-3 on net. Felician could not cash in on a 5-2 edge in corner kicks. Sophomore defender Alex Jean (Notre Dame de Londres, France) led the Golden Falcons with three shot attempts.
