Box Score SYRACUSE, N.Y. – Felician College produced only two shots and no corner kicks in its 3-0 non-conference men's soccer loss to host Le Moyne College on Sunday afternoon at Ted Grant Field. Le Moyne (9-4) is ranked No. 10 in the most recent NCAA Division II East Region coaches' poll.
The Dolphins owned first-half advantages of 9-1 in shots and 6-0 in corners. But Felician (2-14) was able to limit the damage to a 28th minute Le Moyne goal. Dolphin junior Anthony Scaravillo (Syracuse, N.Y.) knocked home a rebound to give the hosts a 1-0 edge at halftime.
Le Moyne extended its lead when Fabian Egger (Planegg, Bavaria) pushed a crossed ball inside the near post in the 66th minute. A penalty kick conversion by Dolphin senior Taylor Spear (Peru, N.Y.) with 17:52 to play completed the day's scoring.
Felician senior goalkeeper Anthony Tsouhnikas (Clifton, N.J.) was credited with four saves in defeat. Seniors Rafa Coronel (Mexico City, Mexico) and Alex Jean (Notre Dame de Londres, France) got off shots on goal for the Golden Falcons, both of which were saved by Dolphin keeper Ben Beaury (Cohoes, N.Y.) en route to the shutout.
Egger led all players on the day with six shot attempts. Le Moyne finished with advantages of 17-2 in shots and 7-0 in corner kicks.
