BRONXVILLE, N.Y. – Despite 13 points and seven rebounds from sophomore Briana Lee (Jersey City, N.J.), the Felician University women's basketball team went down to a 60-39 defeat to host Concordia (N.Y.) College in Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference women's basketball action on Tuesday evening at the Meyer Athletic Center.

Junior Niaimani Marshall (Jersey City, N.J.) (five assists) and sophomore Tiara Mahorn (Irvington, N.J.) (five rebounds) scored eight points each for Felician (0-2, 0-2 CACC).

The Golden Falcons were limited to 15 points after halftime and shot 26 percent from the field. Concordia sophomore Marigona Bacaliu (Worcester, Mass.) led all scorers with 16 points and added seven rebounds.

The Clippers (2-1, 2-1) extended a two-point lead with six minutes, 14 seconds, remaining in the second period to a 33-24 bulge at halftime. Concordia closed the third quarter with a 42-28 edge and was ahead by at least that margin throughout the final period.
