Box Score PHILADELPHIA – Felician University lost its Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference men's soccer game, 3-0, to host Thomas Jefferson University on Tuesday afternoon at Ravenhill Field.
The Rams owned a 17-3 shot advantage. The only scoring of the first half came in the 15th minute on a mishandled Ram throw-in. Jefferson (1-3, 1-3 CACC) tallied in the first two minutes and the final two minutes of period two.
Freshman goalkeeper John Nelson (Overbrook Farms, Pa.) backed the clean sheet for Jefferson, making three saves. His Felician counterpart, sophomore Alex Ficarra (Phillipsburg, N.J.), stopped six shots. The win was the 100th in the career of Jefferson head coach Ptah Myers.
