RUTHERFORD, NJ – Felician Women's Basketball guard, Katelyn Andres (North Bergen, NJ) posted her third 20-point game of the season in the 63-47 loss to Post University Tuesday night in JJJ Gymnasium.

The Golden Falcons held a 6-2 lead early in the first quarter as Andres netted her only three of the contest. Post then went on a 11-0 run to enter the second with a 13-6 advantage. Catherine Lecop (Madrid, Spain) added another Golden Falcon three and Mimmi Hahne (Sollentuna, Sweden) clinched a layup to cut the deficit to 5. Ultimately, at the end of the first half, Post was swift to extend their lead 34-27.

Felician started the second half of play without a bucket for 4-minutes until Uzor Uchidiuno (Toronot, Canada) battled in the paint for two-points. Aisha Traore (Bronx, NY) would follow behind her for another layup before the Eagles would go on a 15-4 run to enter the final stanza leading 57-36.

In the lowest scoring quarter of the night, Post was able to close out with a 63-47 win. Lecop and Uchidiuno both had 6-points apiece, Hahne had 4-points, and Mar Vidal (Tona, Spain) had 6 rebounds, 2 assists, 1 steal and 1 block.

The Golden Falcons now sit with an overall record of 6-9 and a CACC record of 3-5. The women's basketball squad will be staying in Rutherford for this Saturday's CACC double-header match-up against Chestnut Hill College starting at 1:00pm.
