Rutherford, NJ – The Felician University Women's Wrestling team is represented by two student-athletes in the latest Region I NCWWC Coaches Poll individual rankings.
Both Golden Falcons who earned rankings are part of Felician University's freshman class. Liliana Zaku-Ramos comes in at No. 5 in the 124-pound weight class while Ziyona Jackson claims the No. 4 spot in the 207-pound weight class.
The Felician University Women's Wrestling program competed in its first-ever event on November 3, as they were one of 19 teams to compete in the Princeton Open. Zaku-Ramos was one of four Golden Falcons to place, finishing in 7/8th place in her weight class.
This weekend, the Golden Falcons will be back in action as they travel to Millersville, Pennsylvania to compete against Millersville University.
