Rutherford, NJ – With a roster that featured only two senior players, the Felician University Women's Volleyball team proved that the future is very bright for the program moving forward.

The Golden Falcons put together a strong run toward the end of the 2024 regular season to clinch a spot in the CACC Tournament. Regardless of whether Felician won or lost a match, the one consistent trait for this team was the effort and fire they played with throughout, always battling up until the final point of each match.

Memorable Moments

September 6, 2024- The Golden Falcons hit the road for their season opener against Kutztown University, returning home with a victory in four sets.

September 7, 2024- Felician defeated Lincoln University for their first home victory of the 2024 season.

September 14, 2024- Aly Reeser's 39 digs against Little Rock set the record for the most digs in a single-game by a Golden Falcon.

September 24, 2024- Led by 13 kills from senior Karla Maldonado, the Golden Falcons defeated Bloomfield College in a clean sweep to secure their first conference victory of the season.

November 7-13, 2024- Fighting for a playoff spot, the Felician University Women's Volleyball team played outstanding down the stretch. Felician won three consecutive CACC matches on their home court, defeating Caldwell (in five sets), Holy Family (in four sets), and Dominican University (on Senior Day in five sets), to clinch their deserved spot in the CACC Tournament.

Individual Milestones

Since stats have been recorded on the Felician University website (2010), Aly Reeser's 520 digs ranks as the second-most by a Golden Falcon in a single-season.

Sophia Watterson has officially broken the 1000 career assists mark on November 16th when the Golden Falcons competed against Bridgeport in their final regular season game of the year.
