Philadelphia, PA. - The men's lacrosse team dropped an 18-12 contest to Holy Family University on Saturday.

The Tigers jumped out to a commanding 4-0 lead in the opening quarter. Holy Family used a balanced attack, including four goals and two assists from Noah Simpson and a game-high eight points from Jake Feenery to hold off the strong push from the Golden Falcons.
Felician responded with a four-goal second quarter, including two from
Liam Dunn and a man-up goal from
Finn Crocker to pull within two at halftime. Dunn finished the day with a hat trick, while
Luke Dayton also led the offensive with four goals.
Connor Langdon added a hat trick and an assist as
Nate Sopchak tallied three assists.
The Golden Falcons dominated the faceoff circle, winning 30 of 33 attempts behind
Jayden Rios, who also picked up 26 ground balls.
Despite outshooting the Tigers 52-55, Felician was edged by Holy Family goalkeeper James Demakopoulos, who recorded 20 saves.
The Tigers pulled away in the third quarter with an 8-3 scoring margin. The depth of Holy Family proved to be the difference with seven players contributing goals. Goalkeeper
Nick Grebe made nine saves in the cage.
