Felician University turned in a series of strong performances at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, with multiple athletes contributing points and delivering notable swims across relay and distance events.
The championship opened with the Women's 800-yard Freestyle Relay, where Felician's "A" team of Elena Kaufmann, Amelia Mayers, Didi Higgs, and Nicolette Wight posted a 7:51.77 finish to earn 34 team points. The group demonstrated balanced splits and strong closing efforts to secure a top-four finish. Felician's "B" relay squad of Alice Sjoden Sikstrom, Tijana Lukic, Martyna Bugala, and Emily Hoppe  followed with an 8:10.14, adding valuable depth and additional team points.
Wight also delivered one of the most impressive swims of the meet for Felician as part of the 400-yard Medley Relay. Leading off in the 100 Backstroke, she recorded a time that currently ranks among the Top 25 performances in the nation across Division II. Her swim not only set the tone for the relay but also stands as one of the top backstroke marks in program history this season.
Felician's distance group continued to make an impact in the Women's 1000-yard Freestyle. Manca Petric led the way with a 10:55.96, earning nine points with a steady and composed effort throughout the 20-length race. She was joined by teammates Martyna Bugala (11:09.72) and Tijana Lukic (11:13.99), who each contributed to the team score with consistent pacing and strong finishes over the final 200 yards.
Petric returned later in the meet for the Women's 500-yard Freestyle, where she clocked a 5:11.94 to add additional points. Bugala (5:26.74) and Lukic (5:27.74) also scored in the event, giving Felician three point-scoring finishes and highlighting the team's strength in middle- and long-distance freestyle.
On the men's side, Felician's 800-yard Freestyle Relay team of Malik Biad, Markus Halvorsen, Alberto Garcia Segura, and Kasper Laerum posted competitive splits throughout their race. While the relay was ultimately disqualified, the quartet demonstrated encouraging speed and cohesion, reflecting the continued growth of the men's program.
Across relays and individual events, Felician swimmers displayed consistency, depth, and national-level competitiveness. With multiple scoring swims and a nationally ranked backstroke performance from Wight, the Golden Falcons continued to build momentum throughout the championship meet.
