Box Score RUTHERFORD, N.J. – The University of the Sciences reeled off 15 consecutive second-half points to pull away for an eventual 80-62 Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference men's basketball victory over host Felician College on Saturday afternoon at Job Gymnasium.
Felician (4-15, 2-10 CACC) had trouble containing the reigning CACC Player of the Year, Devil junior forward Garret Kerr (Moorestown, N.J./Middle Township). After entering the day ranking in the top 10 in NCAA Division II in both scoring and rebounding, Kerr supported those totals with a 30-point, 17-rebound effort, posting 16 points and 11 boards in the second half alone.
Both teams began the game scoring at a torrid pace. Following five ties and five lead changes, USciences (11-8, 7-5) went into halftime with a 42-39 advantage. The Golden Falcons crafted a 9-0 run early in the second half to flip a six-point deficit into a 50-47 lead with 15 minutes, 12 seconds, to play in regulation.
However, the hosts were then held scoreless for the next 4 ½ minutes of game time as part of a 29-5, 10-minute Devil run. Kerr provided the final eight points of the uprising, moving the visitors ahead, 76-55, at the 5:45 mark. USciences led by as many as 22 before Felician produced the game's final two baskets.

Pringley (Elizabeth, N.J./Linden) added 11 points.
