Southern New Hampshire (6-0) is ranked No. 4 in the most recent NCAA Division II East Region media poll.

Spaulding shot 9 for 15 from the floor, including 5 of 8 from three-point range. He made all four of his free-throw attempts, and added four rebounds and a steal in 34 minutes of action. Felician (3-3) saw a three-game winning streak put to a halt.

The Penmen led, 36-27, at halftime. On the first possession of period two, SNHU senior Dimitri Floras (Merrimack, N.H.) sank a three-point field goal. The hosts never led by fewer than 10 points for the rest of the day. An 11-0 Penmen run shortly thereafter pushed the spread to 52-31, and a Walters lay-up with 8:04 to play gave SNHU its largest lead of the game, 61-37.

Junior Daquaise Andrews (Queens, N.Y.) turned in 17 points, seven rebounds and four steals for the Penmen, and Floras finished with 10 points and five assists. SNHU shot 49.1 percent for the day, and held the Golden Falcons to a 33.9-percent rate. The Penmen also converted 18 Felician turnovers into 23 points.

Felician sophomore guard Zamir Wright (Newark, N.J.) netted 15 points. Classmate Debon Bright (Woodland Park, N.J.) scored seven points in 11 minutes off the bench.

The lead changed hands 11 times in the early stages of the contest. SNHU moved ahead for good, 25-24, on a pair of Andrews free throws with 7:12 remaining in the first half. The shots marked the beginning of 10-0 Penmen run which help set up the hosts' nine-point halftime edge.

The Golden Falcons return home to entertain Bloomsburg University on Wednesday in a 7 p.m. non-conference affair at Job Gymasnium in Rutherford, N.J.
