WATERBURY, CT – Felician Men's Lacrosse went into its final game of the 2023 season in Waterbury, CT against Central Atlantic Collegiate Conference opponents Post University Friday afternoon.

The Golden Falcons ultimately fell to the Eagles 19-5 as Jayden Basalatan (Matawan, NJ), Robert Grasso (Islip, NY), and Drew Gisinger (Beachwood, NJ) caged goals for the green-and-gold. Basalatan had two goals, an assist and two ground balls, Grasso also had two goals but paced the Golden Falcons with four ground ball and Gisinger had one goal and an assist.

Felician stayed with its opposers trialing 7-2 entering halftime, however, the Eagles eventually opened the third quarter with nine goals to extend its lead to 15-2. Gisinger gave Felician its third goal of the afternoon during the final seconds of the third. The hosts ignited the final stanza with an 18-3 lead until Grasso and Basalatan posted two more green-and-gold points to drop 19-5.

Men's Lacrosse capped off its 2023 season with a 3-9 overall and 2-5 CACC record.
