Philadelphia, PA - Felician softball showcased resilience in a competitive CACC doubleheader at Chestnut Hill. After a narrow 6–5 loss in Game 1 despite a strong offensive start, the Golden Falcons bounced back with a composed and clutch performance in Game 2, securing a 4–1 victory.
Game One
Felician showcased an aggressive start in game one, taking control early with a 5–0 lead by the third inning. The Golden Falcons opened the scoring in the first and erupted for three runs in the second, capitalizing on smart base running and timely hitting. Their fifth and final run came in the third, after which the offense was stifled by Chestnut Hill's pitching. Despite the scoreless stretch in the final four innings, Felician delivered notable offensive performances.
Macie Jacquet led the way with a 2-for-4 day and a stolen base, consistently setting the table from the leadoff spot.
Layla Albarran provided power with a 2-for-3 outing that included a double and an RBI, while
Sara Torres remained consistent in the middle of the order, also going 2-for-3 with an RBI.
Monique Sandoval delivered a key 2-RBI hit, and

Felician University secured a gritty 4–1 victory over Chestnut Hill on April 15, 2025, thanks to a late-game surge and strong performances on both sides of the ball. After being held scoreless for five innings, the Golden Falcons broke through with one run in the sixth and added three more in the seventh to complete the comeback. The offense was anchored by
Mikayla Brown, who went 2-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored, and
Kimberly Torres, who delivered a clutch two-run double.
Sara Torres added another key RBI hit, while
Hannah Ramirez played a pivotal role at the top of the lineup, drawing three walks and scoring twice. On the mound, J. Moody pitched 3.1 innings, allowing just one earned run on seven hits, while reliever
