Felician put together one of its most complete performances of the season, exploding for twenty-two hits and overpowering Caldwell 20–6 in the opening game of the series. After two scoreless innings, the Golden Falcons erupted for four runs in the third and followed with a six-run fourth to break the game open. They continued to tack on insurance runs, highlighted by a massive six-run outburst in the ninth that sealed the blowout victory.
Jaxson Wall led the offensive barrage, going 4-for-7 with a double, five RBIs, and a stolen base, while
Luis DeLaCruz was equally impactful, finishing 3-for-6 with a double, a home run, three RBIs, and a stolen base.
