Jackson, NJ - Felician delivered one of its most complete offensive performances of the season, pulling away for a 17–10 win over Georgian Court on Saturday.
Felician tallied 17 runs on 19 hits, combining power and patience at the plate with six walks and five hit-by-pitches to keep constant pressure on the defense.
The Falcons wasted no time setting the tone. After plating a run in the first, Felician broke the game open in the second with five runs, highlighted by a two-run single from Luis De La Cruz and RBI contributions from Jose David Medrano and Braden Walsh. The momentum carried into the third, where Haiden Walters launched a two-run home run, and Felician added another run after loading the bases.
Felician continued to build separation in the middle innings. A sacrifice fly from De La Cruz pushed across another run in the fourth, and the fifth inning delivered the biggest swing. Ernesto Polanco drove in a run with a single before Brandon Petrick cleared the bases with a three-run home run, extending the lead to 15–5.
The Falcons added two more in the ninth behind a two-run home run from Ernesto Polanco to cap the scoring.
Ernesto Polanco led the offense with three hits, five runs scored, and three RBI. Haiden Walters added three hits, including a home run, and drove in three runs, while Luis De La Cruz finished with two hits and three RBI. Brandon Petrick contributed a home run and four RBI, and Rocko Brzezniak added three hits.
On the mound, Rafael Solano started and worked three innings, allowing three runs. Antonio Sansone followed in relief, and Aiden Denton earned the win with four scoreless innings, allowing just one hit while striking out three. Kyle Bednarski closed out the final inning.
