Lyndhurst, NJ - Felician battled back throughout but fell 10–7 to Post on Tuesday, out-hitting the Eagles 14–12 while showing resilience after an early deficit.
Felician totaled seven runs on 14 hits, adding seven walks while leaving 14 runners on base and continuing to apply pressure across all nine innings.
After falling behind early, the Falcons responded in stages. Matthew Scrivanic brought in the first run with a sacrifice fly in the second, and Jose David Medrano added an RBI double in the fifth.
The middle innings provided the biggest push. In the sixth, Felician strung together five hits in a three-run inning as Scrivanic singled in a run, Haiden Walters followed with an RBI double, and Bryce Curry capped the rally with an RBI single to cut the deficit to 8–5.
Felician continued to push late. In the eighth, Bryce Curry worked a walk and Rocko Brzezniak followed with a single before Braden Walsh delivered a two-run single to right center, trimming the margin to 10–7.
Bryce Curry led the offense with three hits, two runs scored, and an RBI, while Rocko Brzezniak also collected three hits. Brandon Petrick added two hits and scored a run, and Ernesto Polanco contributed a pair of hits. Matthew Scrivanic drove in two runs, and Braden Walsh finished with two RBI off the bench.
Defensively, Felician came up with key plays in high-leverage moments, including cutting down a runner at the plate in the sixth and limiting further damage in the eighth to keep the game within reach.
On the mound, Felician pieced together strong relief work after the opening innings. Brandon Lynn and Jackson Walsh combined to shut down the middle frames, holding Post scoreless while working through traffic. Max Weber added a clean inning, and Gavin Enright closed the game with a scoreless ninth, retiring the side in order.
